I took the photo above at dawn on a Monday, acknowledging that this would be the smallest version of the sun I’d see all day, tipped off by meteorological gossip at the weather water coolers that our solar boss has big plans the rest of the week. Don’t know about you, but I’m staying out of his way, preferably with a cool drink and some AC.
This month I’m taking a photo a day and following the topics of Susannah Conway’s August Break 2014. And why don’t you join me? I double-dog dare you!
You and me both.
Great photo! I do believe you are becoming a morning person!
Yes, I’m being dragged kicking and screaming. (Not really.) I have to admit that some of the best light (and temps) of the day are in early morning. Thanks Maureen.
What a lovely, original take on little! This solar boss had lulled me into a false sense of security with our cooler summer, so I have plenty of mean gossip to spread at the meteorological weather cooler. Great metaphor!
Thank you so much, Bonny! I had fun with the water cooler metaphor. Hope you are staying cool up your way.
